„Speed-Mentoring“: an exchange and a short version of mentoring was possible in a confidential atmosphere
- like our Lunch-Talks this format took place on Zoom
- in slots of 75 minutes one fs:leader was available for two “short time-Mentees”
- In these slots, a targeted "short-term mentoring" was made possible by individual questions submitted by the mentees in advance
- fs:leads, female scientist leads will also be the focus of our “Speed-Mentoring”
