It is great to see and feel when colleagues contribute and work together to generate a great outcome. I like it very much to see, that my guidance help colleagues to focus and understand where they can contribute best.

Opportunities to lead -> quite early on as a lab head of five very experienced technicians,

Be open minded for opportunities, connect and tell people what you want, listen actively to your colleagues, your employees and take feedback serious
